Alatyr Amulet Bronze Pendant

In Slavic tradition, Alatyr — the “white stone” — is held to be the beginning and centre of the world, the stone from which, by the will of Svarog, the gods sprang forth in sparks of light. It is said to support the World Tree and to be the source of life-giving waters, and is called the Eye of Rod, radiating the light of the forefather Rod and the grace bestowed on all creation.
